Position Summary: Direct operations of the Defined Contribution (DC) Plan. Provide investment oversight to all DC investment portfolios. Follow the DC legal plan and coordinate implementation and communication between all stakeholders, participants, employers, IT support, HR personnel, and treasury/payroll personnel.Essential Functions:• Manages DC assets of $2.2 billion.• Reviews asset allocations for DC investment portfolios quarterly.• Analyze fee structures from all service providers.• Manages functionality of the DC Plan processing software.• Supervises DC Plan staff.• Review the DC Plan administrative manual and legal plan document.• Recommends changes as necessary for compliance with legal plan and IRS code.• Develop communication and training protocols for new payroll center employees.• Implements legal plan by interpreting and applying provisions, ensuring consistency, and providing documentation.• Participates in committees as requested to coordinate and plan DC Plan operations.• Supervises preparation of reports for auditors during the yearly Plan audit.• Manages escalated communications with employer Administration regarding contribution delinquency, explanation or clarification of policy, and resolution of employee contribution or participation issues.• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of compliance-related issues as they relate to the Internal Revenue Code and legal plan.• Develops quality assurance protocol for compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, legal plan, and policy.• Supervises quality assurance program and provides regular reports.• Prepares reports, special projects, etc, as requested.• Coordinate and participate in the quarterly plan review with the TPA.• Coordinate and participate in the Legal Matters Advisory with the plan attorneys.• Coordinate and present in the Financial Wellness Seminars.• Responsible for the development of content for various training and educational presentations.
