Career Summary, I have been blessed with over 20 years of RF Wireless experience in RF System Performance, Construction Management, and NOC Operations experience for Alltel (Network Manager, Mid-South Field Engineer) STV (Sprint Telecommunications Venture) Western Wireless (South Systems RF Performance Manager) Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems,(RF Performance and Maintenance Manager, Cell site Deployment, and Integration) Ericsson/Sprint (Construction Manager New Orleans, LA Network Vision Build out LTE Overlay) Samsung/Sprint (Field Operation\'s Manager Network Vision Build out, LTE overlay) in Denver CO. My specialty is \"Team Building\"​ and I enjoy taking a group of technicians and developing their full potential into a solid performing team for the company. I guess it\'s a lot like building any sports team whether it is soccer, football on any other team sport. I have a minor in team sports (HPER), and worked as the PE coach to K4 through K6 children at Oakhurst Elementary for the Little Rock Public School System. The secret to making a team click is to find the hidden potential in each player or individual, and develop that into a solid daily performer who wants to contribute to the team as a whole. Then knowing how to mesh each individuals strengths, and talents into a work group that strives to contribute together in order to achieve all goals necessary to accomplish a winning team effort. There is no I in team it is an effort of the groups personal sacrifice to the group and no one individual member. Words of wisdom from the greatest coach ever.
