I have experience in the following- Real estate acquisition- Varying levels of renovations & rehab, as well as maintenance to all units- Marketing for tenants, screening and lease agreement negotiations- Client communication, payment processing & logistics, & financial management- Management of subcontractors, housecleaners & maintenance personnelAs well as real estate, I have extensive experience in community and nonprofit work, inspired by the December 3, 2009 attacks on Asian immigrant students at South Philadelphia High School in Philadelphia. After these attacks, my expertise involved incubating leadership by creating, planning, and implementing extensive youth programs that have served over 250+ young students in Philly & NJ. Furthermore, I have experience in grant writing & creating and implementing community and advocacy trainings for adults. With hopes of attending law school in the next 3-5 years, I am looking for new opportunity, new challenges, and new rewards in banking & finance, nonprofit, government, real estate or legal work that are in my alignment with my core values and interests.
