ABOUT ELISABETH WINTER

I am a full stack software developer who graduated from the Web Development Bootcamp at Juno College of Technology in 2021 and have been working for the last year on a variety of projects both back and front end and on mobile platforms. I have spent over 500+ hours in full time class instruction over the last year as well as a comparable amount working on projects and independent study. My tech stack includes HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React, Firebase, and SASS, PHP, MongoDB, SQL, React Native, Redux, and Typescript. I also have experience with paired and mob programming and best practices for web accessibility. I have been the lead developer for two mobile apps and assisted with the full stack production release for multiple websites for both internal and external clients. I value myself as someone who works hard and makes a positive impact with the people I work with by being a great communicator who is skilled at conflict-resolution and problem solving and who is always on the lookout for ways to continue learning. I have a background in Management and have successfully lead teams of various sizes through complex projects and toward priority goals. I have a strong understanding of evaluating problems and adjusting and implementing strategies to overcome those problems.
