I spent the last 13 years of my \"working career\" helping small family-owned businesses navigate everything from setting up a new location to figuring out Social Media, succession planning, and everything in between. I\'m pleased to announce that I am now a SCORE Certified Mentor.For those who don\'t know, SCORE (Senior Core Of Retired Executives) was started by the Small Business Administration in 1964 to provide free advice for small businesses. As a volunteer SCORE mentor, I work with people looking to start a new business or improve an existing one. Score is a great way to give back to the small business community that has been a HUGE part of my life for the last 13 years.
