I specialize in discovery qualitative research (particularly virtual and contextual methods), service design, and design thinking practices. My background in applied cultural anthropology helps me roll up my sleeves and tackle complex messy problems to examine root causes, identify opportunities, and define strategic direction and communicate the value. I\'ve successfully collaborated with product and technical leaders, designers, other researchers, sales and product marketing teams, as well as front-line organizations.
