About Winter Martin
A bit about me: I am an experienced operations specialist with a people-first approach to process, and an addiction to gantt charts. I believe in innovation and iteration. One of my core strengths is identifying operational inefficiencies and developing programs and processes to bridge gaps, allowing teams of all sizes and levels of complexity, to scale resources and execute at new heights. The work I stand up is vetted and intentional - no matter the time-scale (rapid development, or long-term program planning) I have a fairly simple, formulaic approach to crafting process: investigation and competitive analysis, strategy development, implementation, and iteration. I’m not a fan of process for process sake; so I approach all problems, or rather opportunities, with intention and curiosity. I would love to chat more about how I bridge gaps, bring alignment - my previous experience developing programs from 0-1 or executing projects in ambiguous spaces, and my personal philosophy behind process and minimalism.
