   Currently serving as the Administrative Officer for NWDC, providing oversight of all administrative and human resources functions supporting a diverse workforce of active duty personnel, DoD civilians, contractors, and international officers assigned through the Personnel Exchange Program.As the senior administrative and HR advisor, I lead a team responsible for delivering comprehensive support services, ensuring compliance with policy and alignment with mission objectives. I manage end-to-end civilian HR programs, including staffing, performance management, awards, EEO, leave administration, and professional development. I collaborate closely with the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) and command leadership to execute personnel actions, recruitment strategies, onboarding, and Position Description reviews.I also administer key military personnel processes, including onboarding, transfers, pay/entitlements, and retirements, while reviewing directives, correspondence, and performance evaluations for accuracy and regulatory compliance. I maintain accountability for records and forms management per Navy policy.In addition, I oversee the Civilian Drug-Free Workplace Program, coordinating pre-employment and mandatory testing requirements. I also lead the center’s professional development initiatives, managing the training budget, approving requests, and ensuring all documentation is properly recorded in employee files.Through strategic leadership and operational excellence, I help drive workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness in support of NWDC’s mission-critical initiatives.
