Throughout my career as a Ed Tech leader and product management professional I have built great products that delivered meaningful experiences. The central element in delivering customer value is having a holistic and deep understanding of customer needs-both articulated and (more importantly) unarticulated. The opportunity to exceed a customer\'s expectations is to uncover the needs they aren\'t even aware of, by using methods like Contextual Inquiry. Delivering top-notch content and an engaging user experience requires an understanding of both, and how they inform one another. Finding the right solution requires creativity blended with discipline. Education and training have been my primary focus, but my skills apply equally well to numerous adjacent domains in which well-structured, high-value experiences delivered at the right time is the essence of success. My recent roles have given me a chance to build team, visions, and formalize processes for evaluating investments, and driving innovation. Proud of the work I am doing, but always open to opportunities to grow myself and organizations where I can make a different.
