ABOUT WINONA BHATTI

I have a mission to create a meaningful impact past every door I open. Most recently, I have been able to connect with my roots by working at DoorDash. As someone that has grown up in the hospitality industry it has been invigorating creating an avenue for restaurant owners to expand their reach. As a Strategy and Operations Manager I have the pleasure of experimenting, launching, and implementing initiatives that tackle one of the largest cost drivers at DoorDash. As a Digital Accelerator at PwC, I have the opportunity to learn cutting edge technology of the future including Business Analytics, Automation, Machine Learning etc. As a consultant, I have had the chance to explore a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, telecommunications, public sector, petrochemicals, and financial services. I assisted clients with leading design thinking workshops, customer and employee experience, loyalty, personas and journey maps, operating models, transformation strategy, change management, and business process mapping. As a prominent leader, I have logged over volunteer hours over the past seven years in order to inspire and to improve the quality of life of over individuals around me. By taking entrepreneurial action, I was able to create $723,960 of economic impact and over 200 new community partnerships. 2017 Nominee for YWCA Young Woman of Distinction. 2016 Enactus Canada Student Leader of the Year. 2016 HSBC Woman Leader of Tomorrow for Western Canada. 2013 Surrey Board of Trade Top 25 under 25.
