Hi, I’m Winny!I’ve always been curious about why people interact with products the way they do. That curiosity has shaped my path as a UX researcher, where I focus on uncovering insights that help teams design experiences that are functional and also enjoyable.I’ve recently completed my Master\'s degree in User Experience Design at the University of Toronto, where I’ve gained hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and mixed-methods analysis. I have experience conducting research from planning and data collection to synthesis and stakeholder communication, working closely with designers and product teams to turn insights into impactful user-centric solutions.I thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and enjoy bridging research and design to ensure products are both user-centric and impactful.
