ABOUT WINNIE TONG

As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorganChase and former management consultant at McKinsey & Company, I leverage my data-driven approach to inform corporate strategy and drive business needs. I am excited for the emerging role of AI in the workforce - with JPMC, I oversee a rapidly growing space of Traditional and Generative AI initiatives in Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB). Previously at QuantumBlack (McKinsey), I identified GenAI client development opportunities and use cases, and helped project manage the launch and rollout of Lilli, McKinsey\'s GenAI tool, across global offices to roughly colleagues.In addition to my consulting work, I am passionate about learning and development and people leadership both in corporations and higher education institutions. I have created learning experiences tailored to Human Resources and Professional Development functions across five global regions of McKinsey, and taught university and business students at the University of Chicago, including study abroad programs at the University of Hong Kong. Furthermore, I serve as board member with the Yale Alumni Association of Chicago, where I contribute to the organization\'s mission and community engagement.
