About Winnie Chen

Having worked across design industries in branding, exhibition, and architecture, I have harnessed a rare blend of research, strategy, business, and aesthetics to craft thoughtful and delightful experiences for users. I am a designer who can act strategically as well as crafting pixel-perfect interfaces. My design choices are always rooted in uncovering user\'s behaviors and pain points to create user experiences that allow people to achieve what they want to do more effectively. Over last 8 years in my design career, I\'ve led and delivered high-impact projects under tight timelines, with a track record of success within each of these industries. I ensure that design decisions are grounded in user research and data-driven insights, as well as build strong relationships with my partners to mitigate business risks and tech constraints.I believe design is a mindset and a way of living that draws from experiences that we privilege as individuals and a body of interdisciplinary knowledge that can help us solve problems.    Building agentic experiences to power end-to-end supply chain software. As the second design team member, I played a key role in building the consumer-facing platform from the ground up — designed and currently co-maintain the design system with frontend engineering team. I collaborate closely with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to turn ideas into something tangible that users can experience.Create and iterate on prototypes using Cursor and Claude Code, taking an AI-first approach to rapidly iterate and test with users for product market fit.
