I am a native of Miami and the granddaughter of George Merrick\'s REALTOR. You could say real estate is in my blood. Although I have lived in the Western part of Miami-Dade for many years, I have also either participated in transactions or overseen transactions in a management capacity in Miami Shores, Miami Springs, Doral, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Shenadoah, Coconut Grove, Kendale Lakes, and most every other community in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. My specialty is in residential real estate management. Licensed since 1993, I have managed in both Dade and Broward since 1998 for some of the finest companies in the area. With every position, I learned and grew. Now, I give back by offering my services pro-bono in teaching contracts classes at the local MIAMI Association. Being a part of the real estate community of professionals brings me great pride. Assisting others to reach their fullest potential brings me a sense of satisfaction. I love this business!
