I oversee the end to end response cycle of Request for Proposal (RFP)/ Request for information (RFI).• Orchestrate the creation of the solution, ensuring compliance with customer requirements while highlighting company value proposition.• Communicate, collaborate and coordinate across all the departments to deliver a response to proposal.(With the field force, senior management, solution experts, consultants, domain experts, delivery teams, Finance, Legal and other support teams.)• Associated with Account Managers, Business Development managers, Delivery heads, high level executives to plan on responding to complex large deals.• Manage production of the proposal, bid strategy meetings, set schedules, review calls, manage overall proposal quality while meeting the deadlines.• Delivered high quality RFI / RFP responses, Presentations, Proof of Concept, Demos, Collaterals, Account Research dockets and Reusable material from proposals.• Organized clients visit – Understand the reason of client’s visit and comprehend the client’s business, to showcase relevant Wipro’s offerings and deliver the correct message.• Ideated and implemented proactive improvement initiatives, including process improvement, mentoring and standardization to enhance the performance of the presales function.• Proactive Proposals: Conduct Detailed Research on customers / clients (Annual reports, financials reports, press releases, legal litigations) and identify pain areas of clients. Create proactive proposal addressing these pain areas along with solutions that Wipro can offer.
