Manages Women\'s Lifestyle technical categories: Performance, outerwear, leisurewear. •Leads fit session with fit model and cross functional team members. •Develops technical garment specifications to determine proper fit and construction. •Create and maintain specifications detailed technical sketches, graded measurements, maintain block libraries and construction details. •Creates and revises patterns using Gerber PDS. •Review seasonal designs with designer and product developers to determine the most practical and cost efficient ways to produce them (mass production). •Work in coordination with domestic and international factories with all development samples through pre-production stages.
