Every business has its obstacles, and the current marketplace does not afford second chances. Resources are limited, and every role in a company has been expanded to try to alleviate the strain. The result of expanding roles can create a multitude of problems as critical details are missed, communication is poor, ultimately leaving the customer with a less than exceptional experience.The solution is having experienced employees with a mix of analytical, problem solving, and managerial skill sets. My background includes over 12 experience in finance and program management. I have experience in M&A, revenue, cost and cash forecasting, as well as budgeting, vendor management, and systems implementation/enhancements.I have seen the rapid expansion of globalization and the lasting effects of the recession on businesses. Being able to succeed in this environment and navigate the challenges has given me the skill sets and experience required to avoid critical mistakes, anticipate problems and help others become more successful through leadership and a team approach.I am driven to help customers and colleagues exceed what they thought was possible by providing an experience second to none and adding to a culture of values and success. I have the experience in management and analysis to manage constant change, balance priorities and multitasking, and the skill sets needed to utilize today’s technology to allow more efficient use of resources and better decision making.
