As Development Associate, I support the advancement and fundraising efforts of Rotman Commerce by- Donor Relations & Stewardship: Fostering relationships with prospective and existing donors, drafting acknowledgments, and implementing stewardship activities to recognize donor impact- Fundraising Campaign Support: Assisting with campaign planning and execution, identifying and tracking prospective donors, and ensuring pledges and gifts are accurately monitored and reported- Event Coordination: Conceptualizing and executing donor and alumni engagement events, managing logistics, and preparing communications materials to strengthen community connections- Data & Reporting: Maintaining and verifying donor records, generating reports, and preparing briefing notes to support senior staff in cultivation and solicitation strategies- Administrative & Financial Oversight: Supporting project budgets, processing purchase orders, and providing executive support including calendar and document management.This role allows me to contribute to meaningful donor engagement while strengthening processes that sustain Rotman Commerce’s mission to develop future business leaders.
