   I have been handling Safety and Security for all the properties of Prestige. I have been actively involved in liaison with the civil authorities, I have been involved in the Training of the Security as well as Safety Personnel of Prestige. Additionally, I am involved in the audit of various properties of Prestige as an internal auditor. Have recruited Security & Safety personnel for deployment at different properties of Prestige. Have handled close to Security and 200 Safety personnel. I have drawn up the Standard Operating Procedures for all activities of Security and Safety. Have prepared audit checklists for use by the subordinate staff. Have prepared checklists for taking-over the Safety Systems by anyone.at Kennametal, I had been managing Security, Housekeeping / Gardening and other Administration matters. I had been managing the Transport arrangements for Employees & Executives / Taxi Requirements. I have managed the Canteen Services of the Facility to ensure Hygienic food is made available at the right time in the right Quantity, at the right price. I had been managing the Front Office. I ensured that all Statutory norms are complied with, regarding the Contract Labour. I managed the Communication System of the Facility by coordinating with Service providers of Land lines/Mobiles/Data Card/EPABX etc for rectification as well as new connections. I managed the Vendor Payments, Utility Payments, ensured adequacy of Stationary, Provisions, Refreshments, Courier & Dispatch. I managed all the Requirements of the facility for the Smooth Functioning on a day to day basis.
