What does leadership actually imply in these disruptive times? How can the \"AI Challenge\" be turned into a positive perspective? As pioneers, the team at my company Pioniergeist and I work with enterprises that not only focus on short-term AI objectives such as increasing efficiency and reducing costs, but also know that a long-term and customer-centric AI strategy is crucial for sustainable success. With my clients, including countless startups, family businesses such as Trumpf and Stihl, as well as corporations such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, I have already been able to prove my pioneering spirit. I studied mechanical engineering, theater studies as well as astrophysics and quantum physics and love to master challenges playfully and with ease. Thanks to my many years abroad, which I spent primarily in the USA and Asia, I also enjoy working with international groups.
