ABOUT TONY TOTO

I love elevating people so they can become better versions of themselves using leadership skills as a navigator. As a facilitator, it is imperative to guide the direction of discussions that unlocks participants potential. I started my facilitation career as a volunteer for a team building program. More than a decade later, I have facilitated over 400 groups and positively impacted thousands of lives. No matter the age group, I know how to effectively communicate and connect with participants in the programs I\'m assigned to lead. Currently, I facilitate a job readiness program to adults in the Food Share, Employment & Training program. Participants in the program learn the differences between Hard and Soft Skills, Resume and Cover Letter writing, Interview preparation and more. Along with facilitating this workshop, I also proctor the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). I\'m best known for giving people their voices in my workshops, brining humor to the learning environment and providing a comfortable atmosphere. I hear thank you a lot from my participants, occasionally receive hugs and even get fed. With that being said, I know I\'m providing quality programming and I\'m doing my job well. When I\'m not working I enjoy cooking, traveling ( I read a lot of travel books), road trips, challenging Sudoku puzzles and listening to music. I love coffee, spices, anything cinnamon and will try any food once.well most food.
