   I have been in business in the Allentown area for over 14 years, providing high quality, professional unbiased home inspections/evaluations for both buyers and sellers throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond (Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Monroe, Northampton and Schuykill counties). WIN Allentown will also coordinate and/or complete Termite (Wood Destroying Organism) inspections, Radon Testing (Electronic) and well water testing/sampling if required or desired.The home inspection includes evaluating the foudation, exterior, roof, attic, crawl space, basement, electrical system, plumbing system, heating system, central air conditioning system and garage. Also, installed appliances that are staying are run through a cycle or tested for functionality. Digital color pictures are taken of issues and a representative number are included in the narrative report.
