I have been passionate about recruiting and developing highly qualified professionals for over 2 decades. While being a partner with a management consulting firm, I headed the build up of excellent teams on three continents. Nowadays, I love finding top talent and convincing them to join my clients\' organizations and see them become succesful. My 20 years of management consultancy experience, serving international companies in Europe, North America and South America have helped me gain thorough insight into my clients\' needs and candidates\' skills and growth potential.
