Fintech_ Loop DFSFinancial• Prepare the Digital monthly financial reports accurately and circulated to all users within agreed time lines. These reports include; monthly management accounts, performance analysis reports• Preparation of the interim and audited financial statement for the Digital Bank• Preparation of the Digital annual budgets and financial plans• Prepare the group expenses reports and detailed drivers to inform decision making and champion cost management within the group• Accuracy and completeness of the fixed assets register• Reconciliation and clearing of intercompany balances• Correct booking of costs across the various intercompany accounts• Corporate taxation- preparation and remittance of weekly and monthly taxesInternal business processes• Quality and timeliness of statutory reports and liaising with both external and internal auditors on issues concerning the digital business.• Collating and analyzing financial and operational data to provide relevant management information and reports to specified stakeholders. • Quality of MIS, Dashboards and financial reports to internal stakeholders.• Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for MIS development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.• Ensure proper management accounts are kept in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards and the applicable laws and regulations in markets the digital business operates in.• Implementation and upgrade of Bank and Fintech systems especially impacting General Ledger, Revenue assurance and Reconciliation process.Customer• Maintain business partnerships with client departments, locations and regions to keep informed of new business initiatives• Efficient transaction processing services with respect to capital, income and operating expenses• Provide financial reports and insights on the financial statements to all the stakeholders in a timely manner to aid in decision making
