As a Manager of Sales Specialists, I am responsible for a group of Product Sales experts and the product sales target for our IT Automation, Cybersecurity and Risk Management suites of solutions. In this role I have ownership of our go-to-market strategy and execution across our New Customer Acquisition and Account Management organisation. Alongside performance management and forecasting, I own Specialist enablement and working practices, having created frameworks for discovery, demo, POC/trial management, and competitive positioning, while ensuring our Sales teams are equipped to identify, qualify and progress opportunities effectively. Partnering closely with Product and key internal stakeholders, I help define our strategy and translate it into a clear narrative for our partner base in executive sessions which cover our journey to date, the platform today, and the roadmap ahead. I also act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs continuous improvement of both the platform and the sales assets that support it- Winner\'s Circle FY25- Top Performer globally Q2, Q4- Promoted 4 team members FY25
