TESLA – Giga Plant contracted through BelcanProviding quality assurance oversight to different phases in electrical distribution system to ensure compliance to a set of consistent standards. Part of initial electrical core group for Quality assurance at the facility which did not exist before March 2022. Adapting culture change to get contractor QC in alignment with required 100% inspections and issue / punch list identification. Also assisting in developing sequencing and tag development to bring more filing convention to project completion documentation. Perform visual inspections, recording quality issues and planning processes to decrease defects in electrical installations to ensure QC is being performed by contractors. I have been a significant contributor in developing project completion processes and protocols for the Quality Assurance team with the facility stakeholders
