I have achieved 100% to target on our print product year on year, the only sales person at Prospects/Jisc who has achieved this. Providing an exceptional customer experience has enabled me to build lasting relationships with businesses and win back £60k of ‘lost’ revenue in my first full financial year on territory.I have established myself as an \'expert\' within the sector by engaging and informing clients of changes within the early careers labour market through webinars and round table discussions which I have written, hosted and chaired.Offering unrivalled insight to clients, across all sectors, helps my clients to successfully implement their recruitment campaign strategy.I regularly attend events and seminars to consolidate current relationships, generate new business leads and expand my knowledge of the graduate recruitment sector.Since it\'s inception, I have been a part of Jisc\'s DE & I team, championing diversity within early careers recruitment, advising on best practice and implementing inclusion initiatives within the directorate. Growing up I always wanted to be Mulan, unfortunately I’ve never seen a job advert for ‘kick ass saviour of a large nation’ so, here I am. A creative soul, I thought it was time to put my passion for content writing and social media addiction to good use.
