Provide leadership, management and direct oversight over all aspects of new project design and course development, maintenance, delivery and assessment of an end-user and technical training program to the Transportation Engineering Training Program (TETP) courses for CDOT’s engineering workforce. Conduct instructor and development succession planning for all courses and recruit CDOT subject matter experts (Project Managers and Engineers) to help develop and instruct CDOT staff. Manage class schedules based on training requirements, time constraints, and availability of instructor staff. Implement needs assessment surveys and outcome evaluations to identify regions\' training needs. Facilitate communication with specialty groups to tailor TETP courses to group needs as required. Create and provide oversight for the external registration process to TETP courses; develop marketing tools to advertise courses to external participants on the external TETP Website. Visit:
