Wilson V. Tapia a Certified Public Accountant is a visionary CFO who partners with executive teams, mid-size companies and solo entrepreneurs’ to grow their businesses and increase efficiencies on various platforms. Spending more than a decade in the financial management world, driving and supporting mergers and acquisitions for multimillion dollar businesses ranging from multi-state Healthcare, Restaurants, and Real-Estate firms. Wilson knows exactly how to optimize revenue and EBITDA by identifying and integrating platforms to streamline processes. He has an innate ability for employing a holistic approach to bring people together to collaborate as a team to realize exceptional financial outcomes. Wilson has directed finance and operations teams to manage budget and achieve annual goals for global leader including Restoration Healthcare, LA Laser Center, McDonald’s Operators Association of Southern California which included over 120 franchisees and 650 restaurants, and Opex Communications, Inc which included customers national wide. With his finance career beginning with Duffy, Kruspodin and Company, LLP directing various projects to designing the framework and systems for various multi-state companies. Initialing pursuing a career path in public accounting his trajectory shifted to the private sector of healthcare working with private physician practices to identify new markets and support expansion efforts. As the CFO of Restoration Healthcare he is both committed to changing healthcare and bending the curve in the industry.
