Ensure the efficient operations of the GrainLNG terminal, with a view to maximizing revenue, reducing costs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Play a key role in supporting business development through market analysis, contract management, and customer account management. Provide out of hour assistance to terminal customers and contribute to strategic initiatives that ensure long-term operational sustainability.• Develop the annual unloading plan (AUP) by coordinating with internal stakeholders and terminal capacity holders, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and operational efficiency.• Manage customer accounts ensuring seamless execution of lifting contracts and resolving operational issues to maintain service excellence.• Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners. • Manage Power supply agreement, controlling significant variable costs passed through to customers.• Effectively manage critical pipeline agreements (NTS & LDZ), ensuring smooth transportation of LNG to both local and international markets• Support the wider LNG team with business development activities.• Support out of hours and weekend operational standby duties.
