About Eric Wilson
I am a data-oriented manager of teams working to improve how researchers and industry use scientific equipment and applications to solve some of the world\'s most interesting and complex challenges. I identify and plan strategies, resourcing, and projects to improve the servicing of complex devices and equipment via highly technical teams of architects and engineers. All through a focus on data capture, definition, and use. Prior to becoming a technical manager, I had over 20 years of hands-on experience in data architecture, database programming, and software design and development. This gives me insights into both the challenges of complex software projects and how to help valued team members grow and thrive.
