Our team recruits 600+ un/underemployed, first-generation college students for the COOP program per year, where students learn professional and technical skills and build powerful peer connections to work towards closing the network gap. So far, my focus has been on building and refining our best practices and infrastructure, and laying the groundwork for a scalable recruiting process as we prepare to scale in coming cycles.
