As the Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Witbe, I lead recruiting across all company offices in NorAM, EMEA, and APAC while owning key HR processes that keep teams running smoothly. I partner with leaders to attract top talent and then support the full employee lifecycle—on/offboarding, HRIS documentation (offers, contracts, verifications), benefits administration, payroll coordination with Finance, and work-authorization with external counsel. I hold a B.A. in Justice from Montclair State University, which gives me a strong compliance mindset and a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.In my current role, I collaborate with C-level executives and hiring managers to align workforce plans with business goals, contributing directly to growth and retention. I leverage recruiting and HR data to spot trends and recommend improvements to hiring funnels, internal communications, and policy adherence. Beyond hiring, I help standardize processes, manage background checks, support statutory programs, and coordinate renewals for employee coverage and company liability—ensuring new hires are welcomed with a smooth, consistent onboarding experience.I am fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy working with diverse, multicultural teams. I’m motivated by connecting people with meaningful work and building scalable, compliant people programs that let them thrive. Prior experience as a Technical Sourcer at AWS, a Technical Recruiter at DPS Group Global, and an Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek shaped my sourcing, networking, and stakeholder partnership skills across cloud, IT, and pharma—capabilities I now pair with HR operations to support Witbe’s vision of delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
