Founded JKS on the concept of a one-stop shop for marketing programs with the goal to reduce costs and production time for clients. Was the recipient of the 2010 North Carolina Motorsports Industry Award for products, professionalism and innovation with the motorsports industry. Founded The Winston Cup Museum Special Event Center in 2005 – museum and event space dedicated to preserving 33 years of NASCAR Winston Cup racing history.Mr. Spencer is currently focused on developing, rehabilitating and preserving multiple properties along North Liberty Street in Winston-Salem, NC. This area is part of a thriving new neighborhood called Industry Hill. He has been an integral part of naming and promoting Industry Hill which also happens to incorporate the former properties of Mr. Spencer’s great-grandfather’s manufacturing plant (Huntley Furniture) and his grand-father and father’s family owned business (Winston Steam Laundry).
