I am a dedicated Career & Technical Education professional committed to preparing students for life after high school through meaningful career exploration, college readiness, and personalized guidance. I support teachers, students, and programs by coordinating comprehensive career and college readiness initiatives across multiple CTE pathways—ensuring every student has access to the tools, experiences, and opportunities they need to succeed.A significant part of my work includes student recruitment and marketing, where I help drive enrollment through targeted outreach, campus engagement, community partnerships, and the development of clear, compelling messaging about CTE opportunities. I collaborate closely with instructors, counselors, and administrators to showcase program value, highlight student success stories, and build awareness across K–12 schools and the broader community.My role also includes planning and delivering schoolwide professional development activities, overseeing key certifications such as OSHA and CPR, coordinating events like speaker forums and career exploration experiences, and providing individualized academic and postsecondary advisement. I partner with colleges, business leaders, and industry professionals to strengthen workforce pathways and support students’ transition into training programs, apprenticeships, and higher education.With a background in CTE instruction, program development, event coordination, and strategic communication, I bring a creative, student-centered, and solutions-driven approach to every initiative. I am passionate about elevating the CTE experience, building strong pipelines to postsecondary success, and ensuring students feel confident, supported, and informed in their career journeys.At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping each student discover their pathway, build confidence in their skills, and transition successfully into college, career training, or the workforce.
