About Will Schreiber
In 2005 I started an independent Real Estate research company after a successful upbringing as a Market Analyst for both CB Richard Ellis and KB Home. As we began to pull out of the recession in 2008, I started acquiring blue chip stocks with money I saved up from consulting for both a local lender and two custom home builders. After a good run in the market through 2010, I took a risk and sold a portion of my portfolio to diversify into bridge loans and building rehab with Chris Hanson of Hanson Capital Group. Since then, we have helped clients acquire homes at the auctions, lent money to home rehabbers and created a Real Estate portfolio of our own industrial holdings. In 2020, I funding a custom spec home for Bel Aire Construction and used the proceeds to purchase The US Pipe building in Buckeye along with The Englund Trucking Yard with Chris and other investors. Since then, we have acquired over 270M worth of industrial holdings with our clients under management. With our list of available hard money loans to purchase and Industrial Investments to choose from, there are always plenty of opportunities to make great returns with us. In my spare time, I assist residential buyers with home purchases utilizing my Real Estate license of 22 years.
