   I am a senior member of the Manufacturing & Technical Operations team reporting to the COO. I am the Business Leader on AWC\'s ERP journey partnering with an IT counter part and our implementer in the three in a box format.I have partnered with key business leaders to oversee a multi-year business and digital transformation program that enables critical business strategies and capabilities. This position requires expertise in areas including, vertically integrated supply chains, make-to-stock and make-to-order manufacturing & distribution operations, complex program planning & management, Industry 4.0 capabilities,(ERP) enterprise resource planning systems, and enterprise-level change management.Key accomplishments- Completed a business readiness assessment to evaluate current ERP roadmap by visiting all locations and functional teams- Revised roadmap from two Big Bangs to a multi-year phased approach to minimize risk and increase project success. Defined locations, functions, and sequence of roll out- Envisioned, designed, and built a dedicated business resource organization to support the project (role identification, organizational structure, incentive compensation plan, etc.) and hired into the roles (Work Stream Leads, Process Leads, Process Specialists, and SMEs)- 2024 - Successfully launched Oracle Cloud ERP & WMS at a greenfield manufacturing site in Mexico- 2025 - Successfully launched Oracle Cloud solution at our largest and most complex site in California with limited impact on our customers. Returned to pre Go Live metrics within 8 weeks. Currently redeploying this \"template\" throughout the remaining stock business-2026 - Succesfully launched Oracle Cloud solution at AWC’s largest manufacturing site and another site in NC at the same time in February. Both sites returned to pre Go Live performance within 3 weeks during two significant snow storms with limited impact to customers. Shipping 70+ truckloads a day with no issues.
