As a versatile and creative professional with a diverse background across higher education, video production, marketing, and local government, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences to every project I undertake. My career began with a bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University, and I have since had the privilege of learning from top professionals in higher education. In roles such as Administrative Specialist at Old Dominion University and Academic Advisor at Regent University, I used my customer service expertise and passion for education to guide students on their academic journeys and ensure the seamless flow of admissions materials. Beyond education, my love for film and video production has been a cornerstone of my career. With a creative approach and strong production skills, I’ve had the opportunity to intern at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival, freelance for ABC’s The Great Christmas Light Fight, and serve as an on-call production assistant for The Christian Broadcasting Network. I earned a master’s degree in Film Producing from Regent University in 2020 and continue to create short films that inspire and entertain. My experience extends into marketing, having worked with top brands like Microsoft, Mattel Games, and Budweiser through roles at Mosaic Sales Solutions, GMR Marketing, and A.D.D. Marketing. These roles have given me a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, brand activation, and social media strategy. Currently, I serve as an Administrative Specialist with the City of Virginia Beach, supporting departments like the City Manager’s Office, Community Affairs, and the Independent Citizen Review Board (ICRB). I’m passionate about using my wide-ranging skill set to continue growing as a professional and contributing to my community.
