I am a well-travelled Earth Scientist ensuring world-leading technology reaches major international geophysical and ocean science projects across academia, industry and government sectors.I am especially adept in forging and maintaining close working relationships with a global network of intermediaries and end users of complex technical equipment and bespoke systems. I spend a large proportion of my own time volunteering as a leader for youth charities such as the Scouts and British Exploring Society as well as maintaining ties with my alma mater. I find enormous satisfaction in helping young people learn skills for life, especially in remote locations and unfamiliar environments.
