Led Commercial Steering Committee that remade the Commercial arm of epocrates. The CSC consists of work on RFP, Contracting, Roles and Responsibilities, PLD, Customer Success Model, and Training.• Conducted RFP workstream that revitalized how epocrates responds to requests for pricing from our pharma partners.• Spearheaded creating epocrates privacy principles. Lead the two privacy committees that respond to privacy changes from Apple and legislation.• Managed vendors for epocrates. Led paying of invoices, contract management, and communication efforts between vendors and epocrates.• Developed and standardized the creation of new SKU’s. Trained other departments the how and why of requesting and creating new SKU’s.
