ABOUT WILLOW LANGE

I use my expertise and energetic spirit to partner with leadership and teams to drive meaningful and fun employee engagement and organizational change. My goal is to foster workplaces where employees feel valued and empowered while keeping business goals in mind.As a People Partner, I specialize in cultivating employee relationships and developing talent. For example, I\'ve supported managers in strengthening their leadership skills and helped them create environments in which their direct reports can thrive.At Shoelace, I collaborated with leaders on initiatives and people operations that boosted employee engagement and retention. This included: planning events and offsites, conducting regular pulse checks with independent contributors, and arranging monthly remote team games that allowed the team to relax and connect. Through this, I achieved measurable improvements in workforce satisfaction.I am passionate about continuous learning and hold a certification in organizational development and people analytics. Outside of work, I am passionate about personal development through collecting a myriad of hobbies ranging from pottery to powerlifting.I am actively growing my network of People and HR professionals and welcome conversations about innovative people strategies and culture transformation.
