I work closely with senior leadership and the Global Management Team to drive aligned, effective delivery.With a passion for technology and digital transformation, I have led key projects including KPMG International’s migration from SharePoint on premise to SharePoint Online. As KPMG International\'s AI Lead, I focus on driving adoption and accelerating our shift to an AI-enabled organisation.Having worked with a wide range of clients across Australia, the UK and other parts of the KPMG network, I have gained practical insight into how businesses operate in different markets and how global strategies translate into real world delivery.
