I love art & cannabis. I work really hard to create a culture that promotes growth and creativity. With a strong background in retail and people operations, I have developed a keen eye for identifying top talent and creating effective employee development programs. But my passion doesn\'t stop there. As a Seattle native, I am deeply connected to the thriving arts and cannabis communities in the Pacific Northwest. I firmly believe that these industries have the power to create positive change and bring people together, and I am committed to supporting them in any way I can. Whether I am designing a new training program or curating a local art exhibit, I bring the same level of dedication and attention to detail to everything I do. I believe that when we invest in our people and our communities, we create a brighter future for everyone
