Will has over sixteen years of experience in public accounting and has served many large multinational corporations and leading private equity firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. Will is currently in Deloitte’s M&A practice advising corporate acquirers and private equity firms on tax structuring for acquisitions/dispositions, tax due diligence, cash tax modeling, and closing aspects of transactions ranging from $5 million -$20 billion. Prior to his M&A role, Will was in Deloitte San Jose’s tax practice providing tax consulting, tax provision, and tax compliance services to multinational publicly traded companies and venture funded start-ups. Will’s experiences in San Jose included preparing and auditing income tax provision models/ SEC filings, federal and state income tax compliance, and advising clients through income and non-income tax audits.
