Resolved real-life business problems for a fictitious company named “PLUM” through “Team-based learning.” • Conducted Risk assessment for PLUM using Octave Allegro Risk Methodology looking at identifying risks within the business, probability and impact and how to mitigate these risks. • Created a Cybersecurity Governance Structure, taking into consideration the Three Lines of Defence Model, describing the roles and responsibilities across PLUM for monitoring, addressing and escalating risk & compliance issues. • Developed an in-depth document on various Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) sources for engagement with current and potential clients. This document featured practical examples demonstrating the utilisation of CTI in different business contexts, emphasising the strategic advantages and effectiveness of these intelligence sources.• Presented the organisational and commercial benefits and challenges in gaining ISO 27001 certification considering PLUM’s current structure/working practices. • Reviewed Audit report, assessed findings and produced remediation plan considering PLUM’s risk appetite and the impact on the overall ISMS when implementing these mitigating controls.• Evaluated various security architecture models, including Defence in Depth, Castle & Moat, Layered Security, and Zero Trust, and provided a recommendation for PLUM\'s security posture.• Created a Cybersecurity Governance Structure, taking into consideration the Three Lines of Defence Model, describing the roles and responsibilities across PLUM for monitoring, addressing and escalating risk & compliance issues. •Analysed different Access Control models and identified the risks related to Access Control and what tools can be implemented to mitigate risks within PLUM.
