From Britannia Beach\'s award-winning Heritage Village to the Squamish\'s oceanfront presentation center to BC Housing Passive House mandates and most recently a luxury automotive showroom — every project has been delivered on time and on budget. That\'s not a goal. That\'s the standard. I lead with calm authority and create environments built on safety, mutual respect, and clear purpose allowing teams to be productive, collaborative, and to take pride in their work. I mentor team members with patience and practical knowledge. I develop strong relationships with stakeholders and trades. And I protect the culture on my sites with the same discipline I bring to schedules and budgets. Client satisfaction and team cohesion are based on trust that is earned through consistency, competence, and genuine care for the people I work with.My technical foundation runs deep and my applied knowledge stretches a breadth of project experiences that span all aspects of traditional and cutting-edge construction methods. I\'m certified in leading technology applications and as a lifelong learner like to stretch myself with new exciting growth opportunities.
