My role is to frame and execute the mission and vision of BTJ and to shape a workplace culture second to none. Black Tech Jobs is focused on closing the exclusion gap for blacks in technology by connecting tech employers to mid-career and senior-level black tech professionals. We\'ve built a best-in-breed two-sided platform to bring job seekers and employers together. Black Tech Jobs is building the largest community of black tech talent on the web. Our service offering for employers extends from classified listings to retained search to unique experience in market one-to-one black tech recruiting events. No client is too big or too small. Our team is ready to serve tech employers of all types, including traditional tech companies and companies that rely on tech talent to execute their corporate goals. Our service offering for job seekers takes the work out of finding the best tech or \"tech adjacent\"(product, marketing, sales, legal, etc.) job opportunities by building a community of connections that has eluded black tech talent for decades. We think we can change the world by changing the mix of people building tech and driving innovation and execution in business and technology.
