ABOUT WILL STEPHENS
Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants having qualified whilst in public practice. Many years’ experience since then working as Finance Director or CFO and Head of Operations at Board level for a number of SMEs in a variety of industry sectors. As well as heading finance teams, I have consistently managed human resource and company secretarial functions. Areas of expertise include strategic business planning, corporate governance, operational systems design and management, change management, quality and risk management. I also consult on and assist with business turnaround projects. Recently played a pivotal role in the transition of Imagen Ltd from being project based to high growth and service led business. Having successfully raised three rounds of venture capital backing totalling £6M, concentrated on the management of change throughout the company as it prepared for scale, focusing on process and culture. Led the company through certification for ISO9001 and ISO27001 quality systems, developing an effective platform through which quality and risk are now managed.
