I self-manage and have experience with traditional tenants as well as Section 8 voucher holders.I have begun to explore other real estate investing avenues and am a silent partner in a high-end flip in the Midwest. I have also passed the real estate licensing exam in Virginia, foregoing licensure after deciding to relocate to California.
