   My career journey has been a transformative adventure, driven by a deep-seated desire to connect with people and contribute to community growth. I began my career as a teacher in a under resourced school district. Some years later, my entrepreneurial spirit pushed me toward hospitality, managing teams and opening a variety of brands including some of my own. It was in this capacity I honed my skills in customer service, communication, and relationship-building. It was here that I learned the invaluable lesson of understanding and meeting the unique needs of individuals.As time went on, I saw an opportunity to leverage those skills in real estate rental properties. The prospect of creating passive income while offering spaces that people enjoyed living in felt right to me. Somewhere along the way, I realized I had grown out of the highly transactional nature of food and beverage operations but still enjoyed the creativity and people engagement aspect of hospitality. Real estate is that space - people, places and powerful vehicles for wealth accumulation.To make this transition, I obtained the necessary licenses and certifications and networked with professionals gaining insights into the intricacies of the market. This shift was more than just the real estate; It\'s about understanding trends, assessing investment potential, and providing personalized guidance tailored to the client.We\'ve all witnessed the tangible impact of real estate ownership of friends, family and ourselves. We know how it can positively impact our financial wellbeing when the situation is right! Whether it\'s a first-time homebuyer taking their initial step towards property ownership or a seasoned investor diversifying their portfolio, the satisfaction of navigating these milestones is immeasurable.Over time, I\'ve come to see that my journey is about a genuine desire to serve others in a variety of ways, not least of which is finding wonderful places to live and solid investments.
